What does my parent need to use MyMayna?
Just a phone — no robot, no tablet, nothing to buy or charge. Mayna's daily calls work on the phone they already have. The MyMayna app, which is where the Memory Book, member card, and Community Tab live, runs on a smartphone and is senior-first: big type, high contrast, and everything can be done by voice. A physical member card is available on request.
What does membership include?

Who can read the Memory Book?
Your parent — and only your parent. Family can send topics and receive a voice clip if and when your parent chooses to share. Dignity first.
What happens if Mayna hears something worrying?
If a conversation raises serious concern, Mayna shares crisis resources (like the 988 line) and can text your designated family contact. We're not a medical service — we're an early-warning friend.
Is my parent's data safe?
Stories are encrypted, never sold, never used for ads. Payments run entirely through Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Export or delete everything, anytime.
When does MyMayna launch?
October 2026, starting in Washington State. Gift cards bought before launch activate on day one.
