The fine print

Accessibility

Last updated: August 20, 2026

MyMayna exists for people whom much of modern technology has left behind. Accessibility isn’t a checkbox for us — it is the product. This page describes what we do today and how to tell us when we fall short.

Designed senior-first

This website

mymayna.com is built with semantic HTML, works without JavaScript entirely (there is none), supports keyboard navigation, and keeps text readable at 200% zoom. We target WCAG 2.1 AA and test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation as the site evolves.

Known limitations

We are a young service and not yet perfect. Some illustration and video placeholders are still being produced with their final alternative text, and our formal accessibility audit is scheduled around our October 2026 launch. This page will be updated as we complete it.

Tell us when we fall short

If anything on this site or in the MyMayna app is hard to see, hear, reach, or understand, please tell us at support@mymayna.com. Accessibility reports go to the top of the pile.
