The daily check-in always happens, on every plan. And if Mayna ever hears real distress, the call extends for as long as the moment needs; if a conversation raises serious concern, Mayna shares crisis resources and can notify your chosen family contact. The safety net has no limits, ever.
The Memory Book
Each evening, the day's conversation becomes a beautiful page — the chicken pot pie, the way they actually said it. Ready to read in big, friendly type, or to listen back to in their own voice, anytime. The book belongs to your parent — and only your parent. When they tap share, a page or voice clip goes to the family they choose; when they don't, it stays theirs. Stories are encrypted, never sold, never used for ads.
Members can also opt in, story by story, to the Town Story Archive — a living local-history collection built with community partners like the museum. And keepsakes arrive on their own: a Mayna art print at one year, and a printed hardcover memory book for long-time members — the heirloom the grandchildren fight over at Thanksgiving.

Every membership includes the family side at no extra cost. Children, grandchildren, and old friends — anyone your parent invites — get their own free app to send topics and photos. “Ask Mom about the lake house!” Mayna brings it up naturally on the next call, and when your parent chooses, a voice clip or Memory Book page comes back — the lake house story, in their voice, on your schedule.
